4. User publications
You acknowledge and agree that Telnet Engineering srl owns and has the unrestricted right to use, publish and otherwise exploit all information you submit or publish on the Website in submissions, survey responses and otherwise, and hereby waives any claim against Telnet Engineering srl for any alleged or actual infringement of privacy or publicity rights, moral rights or rights of attribution in connection with Telnet Engineering srl’s use and publication of such submissions. The user agrees not to send or post on the Site any material that (a) is threatening, libelous, defamatory or obscene; (b) constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate law; (c) infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties; (d) contains a computer virus or other destructive element; (e) contains advertising; or (f) constitutes or contains false or misleading statements. Telnet Engineering srl does not and cannot review all information posted on the Site by users and is not responsible for such information. However, Telnet Engineering srl reserves the right to refuse to publish and the right to remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason.
5. Notifications of infringement and withdrawal by Telnet Engineering srl

6. Third party websites
Telnet Engineering srl may provide links to third party websites, and some of the contents appearing on this Site are actually provided by third parties, for example, in cases of framing of third party websites or incorporation through framesets of contents provided by third party servers. Telnet Engineering srl has no responsibility for these third party websites, which are governed by the Terms of Use and privacy policies, if any, of the applicable third party content providers.
7. Applicable law; jurisdiction
The terms of use set forth herein and all issues and disputes related to the use of this website are subject to the laws of the Italian Republic, excluding the rules of private international law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (CISG).
